Lavinia Mehedințu has been designing learning experiences and career development programs for the last 10 years, both in the corporate world and in the academic environment. She first discovered her passion for learning while supporting students in crafting their career paths and connecting them with real-world workplaces. After a brief journey in Marketing, Employer Branding & Internal Communications, she ended up being the L&D Consultant of the product & technology team in one of the biggest e-commerce companies in S-E Europe. Soon after she became the People Experience Manager of the company, leading up to 11 colleagues in designing learning experiences that would support individuals' & business goals throughout the employee lifecycle.
Now, as a Co-founder & Learning Architect of Offbeat, she applies everything she's learning to create a space where learning and development professionals can connect, collaborate and grow together.

Her personal mission is to leave people and organisations feeling capable, confident and strong. Now working for the Cayman Islands Government, Michaela found solace in the Caribbean during the "Covid years," appreciating sunsets and conquering her first charity sea swim. About the Guest – Ket Patel
Ket is a Change Management Institute Accredited Change Manager Master practitioner. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience leading change and transformation within Financial Services, Technology Services and Consulting industries. Ket has a passion for taking lessons identified from projects, industry and personal experience and helping others find ways to apply them to help ensure change benefits are realised by focusing on the health and wellbeing of all those impacted by change.
Ket is UK Collaborations Lead for the Change Management Institute – a professional body dedicated to establishing and promoting best practice in the delivery of change. In his role he works to build relationships with industry bodies and academia, raising awareness of the Institute and promoting good practice in order to progress adoption of change practices. Ket is also the Founder of Change Reactions, a community space dedicated to helping people find careers in change and in supporting them develop the behaviours and practices that will help them lead change effectively.

Sue Noble is owner and Director of Noble Learning Ltd, a training and coaching organisation specialising in all things coaching and mentoring and emotionally intelligent managers and leaders.
Noble Learning, with Sue as accredited trainer, is a registered provider with Chartered Management Institute (CMI) providing qualification courses in coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision. Sue has supported CMI in developing three new qualification programmes in Professional Coaching Practice, Professional Coaching Supervision and Team Coaching.
Sue works with the private and public sectors supporting them in how to embed a coaching and change culture. Her works enables her to champion and encourage others to use coaching as a tool to support change.
When not delivering training, Sue supports senior leaders with Executive coach, supporting them through the challenges of organizational change, helping them to develop their best self through systemic and strategic thinking and raising awareness of potential ethical dilemmas and how to avoid them.
As a qualified coach supervisor, Sue offers a reflective learning space for those who are looking to develop their own coaching practice and delivers training to those who wish to develop as a coach supervisor.
Sue has co-written a book called Coaching People through Organizational Change, published by Kogan Page in September 2022. The book is aimed specifically at change practitioners and senior leaders in how to support people through organisational change and how to use coaching techniques for a variety of change situations.
