About the Guest – Jonas Ileka
Jonas is a seasoned human capital development practitioner, management consultant, certified Coach, trainer, and professional speaker.
He has over a decade of experience in Human Resources (HR) management, with a career spanning across diverse industries including education, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and management consulting. He has broad experience in end-to-end HR services, with a specialization in organization development (OD) and learning, performance management, as well as organizational culture and change.
Jonas is experienced in leading diverse teams and thrives in multicultural environments.
